Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data I collect through nickvvedenskyi.com, why I collect it, where it goes and what rights you have. I keep it in plain language because nobody reads the other kind.

Who is responsible

Nick Vvedenskyi (sole proprietor), based in Spain. If you have questions about your data, email me and I will answer personally.

What I collect and why

When you fill out the quiz (Tally)

I collect your name, email, company website (optional), LinkedIn (optional), the answers you give and any UTM parameters from the link you used. This goes into my Notion CRM so I can reply to you, and into Brevo so I can send you the follow-up emails described on the site. I read every answer myself.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (you asked for advice) and, where I send follow-up emails, your consent via the form submission.

When you book a call (Cal.com)

I collect your name, email, company website and what you want to talk about. Cal.com stores the booking, creates a Google Meet link and sends you a calendar invite. Your email also goes into Brevo so I can send a short pre-call email.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (you booked a meeting with me).

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) collects anonymous usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, scroll depth, referral source. No data is shared with Google for advertising. I use this to understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Cookieless analytics (always on)

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, without collecting personal data and without tracking individual visitors. It tells me how many people visit, not who they are.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (basic traffic counting with no personal data).

Where your data is stored

How long I keep your data

Quiz and booking data: as long as we have an active business relationship, plus 3 years for accounting and tax purposes as required by Spanish law. Email marketing: until you unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link). Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default), then automatically deleted.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data I have about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Get a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics cookies and marketing emails)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority

To exercise any of these, email me. I will respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Cookies

This site uses only two kinds of cookies:

  • Necessary: the cookie that remembers your cookie consent choice. No way around this one.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that help me understand how people use the site. These are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the banner.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies at all.

Changes to this policy

If I change something meaningful, I will update the date at the top. For major changes I will let you know by email if I have your address.
